  • New You Challenge

    Our New You Challenge is for the beginner looking to start their CrossFit journey. This six-week program dives into the fundamentals of fitness and will provide you a great framework in which to accomplish your goals in the future. We provide a full diet program as well as instruction on the “how’s” and “why’s” of the various exercises that you see performed in CrossFit. This program focuses on the basics while introducing the appropriate amount of intensity in order to drive physical adaptation and give you the body that you’ve always wanted!   • CrossFit Group Training

    CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general and inclusive. We define fitness as one’s ability to do work across broad times and modal domain. We increase one’s fitness by incorporating functional movements performed at high intensity that are constantly varied from workout to workout. However, do NOT let CrossFit intimidate you. CrossFit’s beauty lies in the fact that it is infinitely scalable. Every workout at Old Line CrossFit can be completed in some form by anyone who walks through our doors. We guarantee it.

  • ChickFit

    All the results. No intimidation. Our ChickFit classes are taught by our female coaches and are exclusively for our female clientele. Do not think these classes are any easier, however! Our ChickFit classes simply have a more “strength-by-feel” structure, with conditioning pieces that focus on common problem areas such as upper body and core strength! Whether you want to lose weight, get that first pull-up, or all of the above, our ChickFit classes can get you to any goal!

  • CrossFit Kids

    CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching Greg Glassman’s CrossFit to children ages 3-15. Based on the principle of mechanics, consistency and intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

  • RuckFit

    Turn off the clock and get moving! Our RuckFit class provides a full 45-60 minute workout where teamwork is paramount. Get your weekends started with this military-bootcamp-inspired class with a CrossFit twist!

  • Yoga

    We all need a bit of recovery in our lives. This bi-weekly class offers a chance to relax and recover from your workouts or stressful week at work. Come in, unwind, and refocus for the week ahead!
