Warm Up:
20 Air Squats
10 Front Squats (barbell)
10 Hang Squat Cleans (barbell)
5x 1 Hang Squat Clean + 2 Front Squats (barbell)

Hang Clean + 2 Front Squats (Heavy Single 15:00)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 Minute AMRAP:

5 Squat Cleans (185/125#)

10 Strict Handstand Push Ups

15 Ab Mat Sit Ups
