Handstand Push-ups (Max Effort)

1:30 AMRAP:

Max Reps Handstand Push Ups

Squat Clean (One Rep Max )

With a partner and a constantly running clock:

Squat Clean (20 Minutes)

1 Rep Max

-then immediately-

Metcon (Time)

10 Minute AMRAP:

Squat Clean Thrusters, 185/125#

*must alternate reps with your partner
