8am RuckFit (Jason), 9:30am (Jason), 11am (JP)

Warm Up:
5 Minutes on a Machine
3 Rounds:
10 Air Squats
10 Push Ups
10 Pull Ups

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

In a Team of 3, 25 Minute AMRAP:

Partner 1: Max Calories on a Machine

Partner 2: 12 Shoulder to Overhead

12 Kettlebell Swings

12 Pull Ups or 6 Bar Muscle Ups

Partner 3: Rest

*score is total reps + total calories

*Pick a weight for the S2O and the KBS allowing you to go unbroken for both of those movements
