6am (Johnny), 7am (Dave), 9:30am (Michelle), 12pm (Amy), 4pm (Jason, 5pm (Jason), 6pm (Jason), 7pm (Jason)

Warm Up:
4 Minutes on a Machine (:30 Easy/ :30 Hard)
Then, 2 Rounds:
15 Push Ups

5 Pull Ups

Metcon (Time)

5 Rounds for Time:

1,000m Bike

25 Hand Release Push Ups

3 Rope Climbs, 15ft

Rest 2 Minutes
