Warm Up:
3 Rounds

10 Dumbbell Thrusters

10 Burpee Broad Jumps

Bench Press (10×3)

10 Minute EMOM:

3 Bench Press @ 60% of 1RM

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

Every 3:00 x 15:00


6 Thrusters, (155/105#)


12 Burpees Over Bar


18 Wall Balls, (20/14#)
