Warm Up:
2 Minutes on a Machine
2 Rounds:
10 Shoulder Rolls (pvc)
10 Scap Push Ups
10 Scap Pull Ups
10 Push Ups

Bench Press (10×3)

10 Minute EMOM:

3 Bench Press @ 75% of 1RM

Metcon (Time)

For Time:

21-15-9 Bar Facing Burpees

3-2-1 Legless Rope Climbs

*Time Cap = 10 Minutes
