P1: one round of

10 Calorie Bike

10 Box Jumps

10 Hand-Release Push Ups

P2: one round of

10 Calorie Row

10 Kettlebell Thrusters

10 Pull Ups

P3: Max reps of

“Man Makers”

*partner 3 will continue accumulating reps of man makers until P1 and P2 finish their respective one round. Once they do, all three partners will run 400m together, then each partner will rotate spots once the run is complete.
