High School Strength and Conditioning

Our High School program at OLCF is designed for High School athletes who are in the off-season or in-season, looking to try something new to take their on the field performance to the next level. Each class is coached by at least two coaches who have either played or coached collegiate athletes at the Division-1 level.

The class consists of 2 parts, the first being a strength program and the second a conditioning program. Our program is designed to keep your kid healthy and on the field the entire season.

We have found that improvements in strength, conditioning, and proprioception (body awareness) are key elements that must be developed in high school athletes. We have the knowledge and tools to get your kids stronger and take them to the next level in whatever sport they play.
