Co-Owner Kyle Flynn has been CrossFitting for an impressive seven years and has been into strength and conditioning since he was 15. He was turned on to CrossFit by his sister, who told him to check out the CrossFit main page (crossfit.com) to see the "brutally hard" workouts. He started teaching himself, joined a local affiliate for a free Saturday class, and has been coaching ever since.
Kyle specializes in teaching beginners by taking advanced fitness concepts and making them accessible and obtainable for new members. "I love coaching members and finding that one cue that finally clicks for them, you see their eyes light up, and they go on to crush whatever task they had on hand," he says. "By the way, Country Fridays are an institution at Old Line while I am coaching, so don't ask to change the music ;) "
