Mother, Teacher, and Athlete!
My name is Anna, 38, teacher, married with 2 kids. I drove by the gym every day after dropping my kids off at daycare last year. My brother and sister-in-law had been telling me to try CrossFit for a while, and I was bored with my Beachbody on demand workouts in my basement. I was looking for a gym that could help me get stronger, leaner, gain body confidence, and help me stay consistent! I now work out 4-6 times a week. I eat right/track macros, and listen to my body and definitely push in the classes. It has been a tremendous experience!
I would tell anyone interested in CrossFit to just try it! I was hooked after my first class. So easy to modify! I did ring rows in my first class. I still leave every class feeling like I couldn’t have done more. I love that every day is different and every workout is different. Every coach has helped me in some way. I love the community feel at Old Line. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. It makes it easy to come back for more!
