Chickfit is our “women-only” CrossFit class.
It is perfect for those who are intrigued by the benefits of CrossFit but may think it is a little too intense for them right now. Chickfit combines light barbell work, kettlebells, bodyweight movements, and cardio training to create a great full body workout every class!
Chickfit will not only give you the best workout that you’ve had in years, you will also be introduce to a group of like-minded women who are there to keep you accountable to your goals! Regardless of where you are starting from, our Chickfit program will produce amazing results for you.
Chickfit meets every Monday and Wednesdays at 8PM. Class runs for an hour and the first class is always free!!
