CrossFit Kids - Lil' Pandas

Our CF kids classes take all the elements of traditional CrossFit and makes the accessible for kids of any age! It is a great way to get your kid active and excited about physical fitness. They will learn proper technique for basic body movements—squats, lunges, push-ups, pull-ups, kettlebells, and jumping rope are just a few of thevdisciplines they will learn during a class.

We offer two age groups for our Kid’s classes: Lil’ Pandas, ages 5-8, meet at 11:15am and the Big Pandas, ages 8-11, meet at 11:45am. Classes run for 45 minutes and meet every Sunday.

CrossFit Kids is a method of teaching CrossFit to children ages 3-18. It is based on the Crossfit principles of Mechanics, Consistency and Intensity. CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistency and good mechanics translate to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Today, there is a vast amount of research indicating that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

CrossFit Kids is also meant to be fun! It provides an active alternative to playing video games or watching TV.  CrossFit Kids is inexpensive and often requires little or no equipment. Give your child the opportunity to learn the benefits of healthy competition, and being active and physically fit throughout their lives.
