Our group classes provide you the professional guidance of a one-on-one coach with expertly crafted workouts to produce amazing results. Our goal is to make each class the best hour of your day! You’ll actually enjoy the process of living a fit and healthy life with our group classes

Every class element–warm-up; strength training, and conditioning can be scaled down and modified for each athlete’s individual needs.

Unlike a traditional gym, there is NO judgement here! Everyone in your class was a beginner at one time and we are all constantly working to improve ourselves and help others do the same.

We know the stepping into a CrossFit gym can be intimidating but we are here to help you live your best life ever!
