Our Chickfit program was born out of the need for ladies to learn how to properly lift weights while also minimizing the intimidating factors commonly found in the gym.

Our Chickfit classes will develop base levels of strength while also providing a great cardio workout at the end of each session.

These classes are perfect for the absolute beginner or someone tired of the same old cardio routine at the gym with no results.
