Here are some FAQ's that will help answer
some of the most common questions.

1. Do you offer a free consult for people interested in learning about the gym and facility?

Absolutely, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our coaches will give you a tour of the facilities, we’ll sit down with you and walk through your goals, do a quick fitness assessment with you and walk through what you can expect. Your first class is on us.

2. Are you a CrossFit affiliate?

Yes, we are!

3. I am not in shape. Can I do CrossFit and benefit from a membership at Old Line?

Absolutely, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our coaches will give you a tour of the facilities, we’ll sit down with you and walk through your goals, do a quick fitness assessment with you and walk through what you can expect. Your first class is on us.

4. Do you have showers?

Yes, we have one full and one half bath.

5. Do you offer nutrition guidance?

Absolutely, we work closely with Jess Kuhlman of DedicATE Nutrition. Click Here to get started with Jess today.

6. What is your drop in policy?

Members of out-of-town CrossFit affiliates are welcome to drop into any of our normally scheduled group classes for $20 per visit or $75 for a week. We love welcoming fellow CrossFit members from all over the world to our box.

7. What is your open gym policy?

We want you to have the freedom in the gym to get everything you need. Whether that’s accessory work, extra mobility, skill training, or making up some strength work — it’s important to us that you have the space for all of your fitness needs in and out of class.

 

You are welcome to utilize “Open Gym” just please be sure to follow the rules below to ensure the best experience for all the athletes in the gym.

 

Open Gym is only available when a coach is present. If you are interested in coming in during a non class time please reach out to us first to ensure someone will be there.

All equipment needs to be put away when you’re done using it.

 

Group classes always take priority on space and equipment. Not sure if you’ll be in the way or be too loud? Please ask the coach before you get started, particularly during peak times.

8. I have limitations, can you still work with me?

We know some of the biggest worries people have about starting CrossFit are whether or not they can ‘survive’ all the workouts. This is a legitimate concern with any new workout regimen and we are proud that our world-class coaches expertly customize the workouts for and watch each member to ensure workouts are challenging, yet doable, and safe for each individual.

Monday + Wednesday

6am – 8pm

Tuesday + Thursday

6am – 7pm

Friday

6am – 6pm

Saturday

8am – 12pm

Sunday

10am – 12pm
